For the past 40 years, Mr. Negahban has worked in the San Diego, California region as a Mechanical and Plumbing Engineer and has been the Professional Engineer in charge of numerous governmental, industrial and educational construction projects. Mr. Negahban is a member of ASHRAE and is a registered LEED Green Associate with specialized training on building efficiency assessments.
