- Provide outline drawings, specifications, bid review and verification of compliance with design/build bid documents.

- Conceptual and design/development Title 24 review to validate compliance for working drawing phase.

- Complete compliance documentation for building permit.

- Documentation to meet Building Department submission requirements. Explanations, revisions, negotiations, as required, to secure Building Department approvals.

- Verification of contract compliance.

- Justification of completion billings.

- Important part of the project's conceptual mechanical system selection along with suggestions of alternatives and assessment of prior decisions.

- Conceptual budget cost estimates.

- Itemized cost estimates.

- Change order cost estimates.

- Verification and validation of cost estimates prepared by others.

- Act as advisor or direct representative in matters concerning the Mechanical Systems.​
